Do your prices include VAT?
Prices on the website are shown excluding VAT. 15% VAT is added at checkout and on your quote and invoice.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat R120 excluding VAT per order. It is shown as a separate line and is not included in the each-price.
Can I get my logo on the products?
Yes. Most products can be branded with your logo. Choose branded when you shop or build a quote, and upload your artwork. Branded prices include the setup cost spread over your quantity.
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector artwork is preferred: .CDR, .EPS, .AI or .PDF, with fonts converted to curves or outlines. We do not accept Word or PowerPoint files, or low-resolution GIF or JPEG images. See our artwork guidelines for templates and details.
How long does branding take?
Production usually takes about 5 to 7 working days from approved artwork and full payment. Large quantities can take longer. Delivery times are estimates.
How long is a quote valid and when is my order confirmed?
A quote is valid for 24 hours. An order is confirmed only once payment is received, and paid orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Do you offer exchanges, returns or refunds?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Change-of-mind returns of unbranded stock items are logged as a formal request on our contact page and evaluated by our team, and are credited as store credit rather than cash. Branded and customised items cannot be returned. Defective or damaged goods are handled separately. The full wording is in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you provide samples?
We do not provide free samples. You can order a single item through the normal process to evaluate it. Branded samples are final sales. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
